2. Account and License
When you purchase QwintTalk, you receive a license key that allows activation of the software.

- Ensuring the license is used only within permitted limits
- Not sharing license credentials publicly

Payments for QwintTalk services are processed through secure payment providers such as Razorpay.
By making a purchase you agree that:

- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to QwintTalk, including software code, design, documentation, and branding, are owned by Qwint Soft LLP.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the software without written permission.
Users retain ownership of their own content such as audio, captions, and video files generated using the software.
5. AI Processing and Generated Content
QwintTalk uses AI technologies to process audio and generate captions or transcripts.
While the software strives for accuracy, Qwint Soft LLP does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be error-free.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before publishing or distributing it.
6. Service Availability
Qwint Soft LLP works to maintain reliable access to the platform. However, the service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- System updates
- Infrastructure issues
- Third-party service disruptions
We are not liable for temporary interruptions of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwint Soft LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the QwintTalk software or services.
Users assume full responsibility for how they use the software and any results obtained from it.
8. Termination
Qwint Soft LLP may suspend or terminate access to the software if:
