1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You submit the refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The license has not been used extensively or abused
- The product does not function as described on a supported system
- You have contacted our support team and attempted troubleshooting
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credit top-up purchases (once purchased, credits are non-refundable)
- Licenses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Refund requests made after the refund window has expired
- Refund requests based on incompatibility with unsupported software versions or operating systems
- Purchases made through third-party platforms without proper authorization
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your receipt or order ID

5. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse this policy by repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same license.
